My mother, Jane Espy, recently gave me the recipe for these cookies. Not only are they gluten free, they are also free of added sugar and safe for those intolerant to cow’s milk.

Sugar-Free, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Cookies

These recipes are safe for those who are avoiding sugar, gluten and cow's milk. Note: This recipe contains oatmeal, which is gluten-free but may not be safe if you need to avoid all grains.

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/3 cup apples sauce
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Coconut Oil


  • Mix ingredients together.
  • Place on cookie sheet greased with coconut oil.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
