Pesto and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 organic tomato
  • 1 jar pesto
  • balsamic vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Slice the organic tomato. Arrange on a salad plate.
  • Put a tablespoon of pesto on each tomato slice.
  • Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
