Ginger Goji Berry Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 1 palm sized cluster of fresh ginger
  • 8 ounces goji berries
  • 48 ounces filtered water

Instructions
 

  • Wash the ginger and chop into smaller pieces.
  • Place ginger in a high speed blender such as a Blendtech or Vitamix with 8 ounces of water. Blend until liquified. Pour liquid into large pot on your stove or a crockpot.
  • Place the goji berries in your blender along with 8 ounces of filtered water. Blend until liquified. Pour liquid into your pot or crockpot along with the ginger water.
  • Add the rest of the filtered water. Bring ingredients to a boil until heated through.
  • Serve as a tea and refrigerate the rest. You can reheat the mixture to drink throughout the day.
