Ingredients:

2 T vegetable oil

1 Onion chopped

2 cloves garlic; crushed

1 can diced green chili peppers (4 oz)

2 tsp Cumin

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp ground cayenne pepper

2 cans chicken broth (3 if you want it to be more like soup)

2 cups cooked chicken breasts, diced

2 cans Great Northern Beans, undrained

Heat oil in large pot over med-low heat. Slowly cook and stir the onion until tender. Add garlic, chili peppers, cumin, oregano and cayenne. Continue to cook and stir until tender, about 3 minutes. Mix in the broth, chicken and beans. Simmer 30 minutes or till tender. Salt and Pepper to taste.
