Uttarabodhi Mudra signifies supreme enlightenment.
As we practice our breath work regularly and begin to feel bliss on a regular basis, we literally raise our vibration. In so doing we have a profound beneficial effect on everyone around us.
The goal of many spiritual seekers is enlightenment.
At this point, our ego has fallen away not just temporarily while we are meditating or practicing our breath work but on a constant basis.
Use this mudra when you intend to lift your vibration and experience divine bliss.
How to form Uttarabodhi Mudra:
- Bring your index fingers together in a steeple position towards the sky.
- Cross the remaining fingers.
- Cross your thumbs.
- Point your clasped hands towards the sky.
As you hold Uttarabodhi Mudra, you can use these affirmations:
I RAISE MY VIBRATION NOW FOR THE HIGHEST GOOD OF ALL.
I ALLOW THE HIGHEST AND BEST VIBRATIONS TO FLOW THROUGH ME AND TO ME.
I YIELD TO DIVINE WISDOM.
I NOW RELEASE THE GRIP OF MY EGO AND ALLOW MY SOUL TO GUIDE THE WAY.
MY EGO STEPS ASIDE TO MAKE WAY FOR THE DIVINE WISDOM OF MY SOUL.

“Some people think breathing is done with your lungs,” says Darin McBratney, owner of the Costa Rica Yoga Spa. “Catherine makes it very clear that your breath comes from your entire being. If you inhale the knowledge of this book you will exhale with much more consciousness.
