Put the nuts in your food processor and chop until fine. I use a Cuisinart but you could also use a VitaMix or a Blendtec machine. Add the coconut dates gradually until the dough sticks together. This will become the crust of your pie.
Press the nut and date mixture into individual tupperware containers. I recommend making individual servings. That way you can take this delicious healthy dessert with you to work.
Mix the blueberries and cranberries in your food processor. Spread this mixture on top of your crust.
Slice fresh strawberries. Arrange the fresh sliced strawberries on top of the individual pies. Voila!
