Instructions
  1. Mix almond meal, baking powder and Celtic sea salt together.
  2. Then mix together the eggs and melted coconut oil.
  3. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together.
  4. Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil.
  5. Pour mixture into the greased loaf pain and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees until crusty brown. This recipe was generously shared by Anna Lee Stedman, food demonstration diva at Trader Joe’s in Atlanta.

What’s so healthy about this recipe:
