An Interesting Quote
“Today, we spend most of our time isolated from natural sources of energy, and disease and imbalance are the result. We are taught to be afraid of the sun and its life-giving force. We eat foods grown on overstressed Earth, depleted of minerals. Our Water is toxic, as is our overly conditioned and polluted air. By separating ourselves from the natural elemental forces and attempting to control them, we have created a tremendous imbalance in both the Earth’s energy and body, and our own.”
Healing is a process of restoring a state of dynamic balance to the body and energy systems by moving back into harmony with these natural forces.”
Robert Simmons and Naisha Ahsian
You can heal yourself very simply by taking a bath.
Basic Healing Bath
1 cup Epsom Salts
1 cup baking soda
Mix in the average bath tub. Sit in the bath at least 20 minutes. This bath will clear your aura. It helps clear any energies or emotions you may have picked up from other people during the day, and is helpful for those who interact with the public or who are caretakers or healers of others (i.e. nurses or home health aides). It is also good for highly sensitive people who are too empathic and who take on the cares and worries of others. Of course, I also recommend this bath for those who want to release lactic acid after a tough workout. Do not be surprised if you notice yourself releasing not only muscle aches and tension but also if the water turns a slight color. This is psychic debris that you have cleared from your energy field.
Ginger Bath To Clear Arthritis, Gout and Joint Pain
1 cup Epsom salts
1 cup baking soda
2 teaspoons ground ginger
You can use ground ginger from your herb cabinet – just basic ginger like you would buy in any spice section of any regular grocery store. This bath is very powerful to get rid of aches and pains. You may experience a heating effect while sitting in the bath. If you are extremely toxic, start with the basic healing bath every day for a few days before starting the ginger bath.
Bath To Alleviate Depression
1 cup Epsom salts
1 cup baking soda
Rosemary from your garden
Take any amount of rosemary from your garden – say 1 cup will do. Put in a pot of water on your stove and boil as a tea until the liquid turns dark. Strain and save the liquid. Put the liquid in your bath along with the Epsom salts and baking soda. Rosemary is a natural anti-depressant and removes negative spiritual energy. Be sure to sit in the bath 20 to 30 minutes. This bath is also recommended after a person has received a very deep spiritual healing.
Bath To Calm An Overactive Mind
1 cup Epsom salts
1 cup baking soda
Lavender from your garden
Take any amount of lavender from your garden. Put in a pot of water on your stove and boil as a tea. Strain and save the liquid. Put the liquid in your bath along with the Epsom salts and baking powder. Lavender calms an overactive mind and is helpful for people who need to stop worrying and relax more.
Note: Our garden has gone through some reconstruction recently, but I usually keep an herb garden with rosemary, lavender and other herbs to share with my clients. If you would like an herb garden of your own, please consult with our gardener, Gabe Horrisberger. You can reach Gabe at gardenr@bellsouth.net.
