What do you say when you talk to your body? Master your inner dialogue and notice how you manifest inner strength and outer beauty.


As we approach Valentine’s Day, remember that your most important relationship is with yourself. As you build an even healthier relationship with yourself, notice how you have even more love to give others. Be the place that love flows through. It is good for others and good for you.


I think I am thin and become that way. (When I think like a thin person, I make the choices that lead to a gorgeous slim physique.)
