This may look like a lot of ingredients but they are
delicious and super easy to make. Serve with good
quality organic maple syrup and some bacon.
1 ¼ cups oat flour
½ cup whole oats
1TB cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
2 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 banana mashed
1 egg slightly beaten
1 ¼ cup milk
1 TB vanilla extract
1TB agave
1 TB vegetable oil
In a bowl mix the dry ingredients. In another bowl mix
the wet ingredients. Combine and cook over medium heat
until golden brown.
