You may not need drugs or surgery to heal your knee pain if you follow these simple steps.

There are definitely times when you may need a doctor to repair your knee, for example if you have broken your knee caps, torn your ligaments or the joint is so worn down there is virtually no cartilage left. Doctors are our friends and can be an invaluable part of our healing process.

Most of the steps I’ve outlined for you here are FREE and easy so why not take advantage of them and discover how much better you can feel?

You may want to consider them while you are waiting for your surgery or recovering afterwards.

If there is nothing broken or torn, you can use these steps to wipe out the pain you may feel as a consequence of the bumps and bruises, strains and aches that occur as a consequence of daily life.

There are many causes of knee pain, but the common denominators of what you will need to heal include:

  • Bringing your posture into alignment so you do not aggravate the problem. Frequently the cause of the problem is not so much your knees as it is your feet or hips.
  • Reduce your inflammation so the connective tissue, bones and muscles can repair. Inflammation is like fire in the body and must be snuffed out for your body to repair.
  • Strengthen the muscles that support the knee joint. Chronic weakness makes your knees more vulnerable to re-injury.
  • Get to the bottom of the thoughts, feelings and beliefs that have caused your suffering. Every thought you think and every single emotion you feel has physical effects somewhere in your body.
