An Interesting Quote

“When you practice positive inner dialogue, people will want to bond with you, help you, be near you. They want to share in the love, knowingness and bliss that shines through your eyes and is reflected in your every action. This is true inner power.”

Deepak Chopra, M.D.

What do you say when you talk to your body? Master your inner dialogue and notice how you manifest inner strength and outer beauty.

As we approach Valentine’s Day, remember that your most important relationship is with yourself. As you build an even healthier relationship with yourself, notice how you have even more love to give others. Be the place that love flows through. It is good for others and good for you.

I think I am thin and become that way. (When I think like a thin person, I make the choices that lead to a gorgeous slim physique.)

I love my body. (The love I radiate for myself strengthens every gland, organ and muscle. Because I love my body, I choose to care for it.)

My body is just right for me (I rejoice that I have been blessed with my physique and give thanks for the shape I am in. My thankfulness makes me slim and healthy.)

I recognize my beauty (When I see how beautiful I already I am, I radiate self confidence.)

I appreciate my curves (I rejoice in my hips, thighs, breasts and buttocks. I am glad to be a woman.)

I bring out the best in my looks (When I take care of myself, I look my best and others notice.)

My beauty radiates from the inside out (My outer beauty is a reflection of the beautiful person I am on the inside.)

I feel like a goddess and eat like a goddess (When I recognize how special I am, I eat small amounts of divine foods. I enjoy myself thoroughly.)

I talk nicely to my body (I choose to speak about my body in positive ways that boost my self image.)

I make the best of the body shape I was born with (I thank God for the body I was born with and make myself look great by eating right, exercising regularly and wearing beautiful clothes that accentuate my best features.)

I love myself enough to achieve my ideal size (I care about myself and let the world know by doing whatever it takes in a healthy way to achieve a weight and shape that are right for me.)

I believe I can do it ( when I believe I can do it, I can do it. Believing in myself makes my ideal body a true possibility.)

I speak kindly to myself. The world rises up to meet me with love and kindness. (How other people treat me is a reflection of how I treat myself.)

I am good enough. (I am good enough to be excellent at what I do regardless of how I look.)

I am equal to the power so I am equal to the task. (I honor the divinity within me. I recognize I have the power to do whatever I set my mind to do.)

I am radiantly healthy. (I glow with excellent health. I am beautiful because I am healthy.)

My best is good enough. (I am good enough just the way I am.)

I nurture my body, mind and soul. (I enjoy taking the time to feel good.)

I give my whole spirit to life. (I fully participate in the experience of my physical body.)

I am beautiful inside and out. (My inner beauty and outer beauty are open for all to see.)
